It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin G. Callihan (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Callihan and Zella Callihan (Lehman); his wife Mary Kay (Herdman); and his siblings, Boyd, Richard, Gene, June Meyers, Betty Orris, Lois Heinrich, Nellie Statler and Janet Birchin.
He is survived by: his children, Diane (Franklin Hall), Thomas (Deborah) and Gail (Christopher Huss); and his grandchildren, Frank Hall III, Sandra Hall (William McGinnis), T. J. Callihan (Emily), Alyse Hunt (Caleb), Troy Callihan (Marisa) and William Huss. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchildren.
In lieu flowers, donations may be made to Windber Hospice, The Salvation Army or Humane Society of Cambria County.
