She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Graziano and Helen Graziano (Gallo); her husband Norman J Price; her siblings, Anthony Graziano and Roseline Mikesic; and her cousin Mary Jo Cannizzaro.

She is survived by: her sons, Norman M. Price (Mary Lynn) and David G. Price (Susan); her grandchildren, Nicole Eliste, Lindsey Price and Zachary Price; her sister Joan Stralko; and her nieces and nephews, Michele Maurer, Diane Orris, Roxanne Graziano, Frank Mikesic and Michael Graziano.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
