It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Gordon (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Mateo and Rodelphina Mateo (Henriquez); her husband Golie Gordon, Sr.; her children, Golie Gordon, Jr. (Lucy), Phillip Gordon, David Gordon (Keisha), Anna Gordon and Theodore Gordon; her sister Alice Van Eyken (Mateo); and her grandsons, Manuel Oliver and Angelo Purbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph (June), Gary (Faith Inez), Alicia Thompson, Beatrice Gordon and Dottie Davis. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews and grandchildren that expand over five generations, 31 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Anna donated and believed in charity and helping out for a good cause as she faithfully donated to St. Judes children's fund for years.
