He was predeceased by: his father Henry Locher; and his brothers, Charles "Heno", Melvin, Bernard "Mitt", Ronald Sr. "Ink" and Larry "Dean".
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Locher (Fyock); his children, Tracy Locher, Becky Carson (Robert) and Eric Locher (Julie); his grandchildren, Seonaid and Mhairi Carson; his son Evan Locher; his sister Donna Martin (Ellsworth "Pepper"); and his sisters-in-law, Julia Locher and Bonnie Barber. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Walnut Grove Church of the Brethen food pantry.
