It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Cassady of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Duzan Karan and Katherine Karan (Smolen); her former husband John Bachovchin, Jr.; and her sister Maryann Cucuro (Karan). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Cassady; her sons, Jeff (Judy) and Matt Bachovchin; her stepsons, Scott Cassady and Mike (Dona Cassady); her grandchildren, Maddy Bachovchin, Catherine Duffy Bachovchin, Clare Duffy Bachovchin, Brayden, Haley, Katlyn Cassady, Chris and Sarah Fusco; her great grandchildren, Luca, Max and Scarlett; her siblings, Douglas, Nicholas Karan, Katherine Margeson (Karan) and Patricia Ann Karan; and her close friend Judy Schmalz.
