He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Johnson and Loretta Jean Johnson (Fulmer). He is survived by: his son Nathan Johnson; his siblings, Kelly Renee (Kenneth Bell), Lorianne Lynn (Barry DeAngelis), William Arthur Johnson (Donna) and Matthew David Johnson (Kari A. Johnson); his stepsisters, Desiree (Andy Varner) and Julie Johnson; his stepmother Pamela Johnson; and his pet Grizz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
