Bernice Clites Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Clites (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), born in Portage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lang and Rose Lang (Sendzik); her husband Ray H. Clites; her great grandchild Daniel Clites; and her siblings, Ruth Coppersmith, Dorothy Root, Jennie Kertes, Raymond Lang and Elmer Lang.
She is survived by: her children, Linda (Ev Custer), Patricia (Guy Krisay), Diane (Richard Raab) and David Clites (Maryann Sprain); her sister-in-law Rhola Ripple-Lang; her grandchildren, Amanda C. Sharp, Stanton E. Custer (Jessie), Kate C. Kwedar (Josh), Wes Krisay (Alexis), Chelsey L. Krisay, Jesse Raab (Jennifer), Kevin Raab (Stephanie), Emily Raab Gentile (John), Matthew Clites (Maddie), Robert (Annemarie) and Troy Clites; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Henry, Cooper Raab, Kaiden, Dylan, Cash Krisay, Camille, Penelope Kwedar, Caroline Sharp and Bernice Renee Clites. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In the midst of Covid, Bernice received compassionate support from Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care, Newtown Square, PA.
