She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hay and Viola Hay (O'Baker); her siblings, Frances Hostetler, Robert, Richard, Wendell, Ernest, Earl Hay and Phyllis Fockler; and her siblings' children, Rick Hay, Roger Hostetler, Barry Hostetler and Bobbi Fockler.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Brenda Fockler, Patti (Robert Stayrook), Scott Fockler (Beth), Wendy (Art Rex), Todd Fockler (Dorice), Allen Hostetler (Bonnie), David Hostetler (Kathleen), Harry Tessler, Cheryl Beber and Pamela Hay. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and one great-great-great nephew.
