He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee Nagy and Cathy Lou Cook (Wagner). He is survived by: his son Bradon Wagner; his sisters, Amanda and Linda Cook; and his nieces and nephews, Merrissa Yarnell, Kaelob Cook, Devon Cook and Lydiah Cook. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
