It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Miller of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Foust and Nancy Foust (Grove); her husband John; and her brothers, Jay and Todd.

She is survived by: her brothers, Edward (Donna) and Jack (Cathy Jo); and her cousin Cheryl Price. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, funeral service will be private.
