She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie and Hattie; her husband Royce Lee Ellis; and her siblings, Lonnie Jr., Oppie and Norma.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah E. Becton (Edward), Devon R. Ellis (Phyllis), David L., Master Sergeant, First Sergeant and West, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Cornella R. Ellis (Vanessa), Damon R. Morris (Cee Jay), Kalana D. Heller (Reece), Alea G. Green (Christopher) of Bowie, MD, Durell R. Ellis (Sheena), Edward L. Becton (Becca) and Tina Hesley (Cedric) of Detroit, MI.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Sinai Institutional Baptist Church (351 2nd St, Johnstown, PA 15909). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM.
