She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank S. Fatula and Mary Fatula (Spisak); her husband Edward J. Leech; her children, Catherine and Edward; her grandson Corey Leech; and her siblings, Matilda Fatula, Josephine Rovan, Robert, William, Francis, George, Andrew "Pinto" and Bernard Fatula.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis (Jennifer), Bernard (Cynthia) and Gary (Kelly); her grandchildren, Courtney (Stevi) of Molly, B. J., Adam (Cali), Travis (Brandy), Joshua (Loren), Rhett, Christian, Drake, Jozef, Hunter, Brandon and Kaitlyn (Noah Henry); her great grandchildren, Jax and Maddox; and her siblings, Theresa Toth (Alex, Sr.), Joanna Klimeck (Richard) and Joseph Fatula (Dolores).
