She was predeceased by: her parents, Evan Evacko and Caroline E. Evacko (Ivock). She is survived by: her husband Peter Bertolino; her daughter Cathy (Jeff Madison); her grandchildren, Jonathan and Erin; and her siblings, Margaret Evacko, Dorothy Dzmura (John) and Robert Evacko (Jean). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
