She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Kovach and Mary Kovach-Costello (Lonesky); and her brothers, David and Greg Kovach. She is survived by: her siblings, Steve Kovach (Kitty), Jim Kovach (Barb), Tish Colangelo (Mark), Mary Beth Rummel and Virginia; and her sister-in-law Kathy Kovach.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Cathy's memory may be made to the Sts. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, Third Street, PO Box 204, Vintondale, Pa. 15960.
