He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Sr. Holtzman and Barbara Holtzman (Drzal). He is survived by: his siblings, Judith (Daniel Lipinski) and James Holtzman (Laura); his nieces, Mina and Maeve Holtzman; his aunts, Roberta Holtzman and Doris (Rick Cunningham); and his uncle Gilbert Holtzman (Lynn).
