He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Holtzman and Helen Holtzman (Hart); his wife Barbara Drzal; his siblings, Harry Holtzman and Eunice Oherrick; and his brother-in-law Bernard Haney.
He is survived by: his children, Charles D. Holtzman Jr., Judith (Daniel Lipinski) and James Holtzman (Laura); his grandchildren, Mina and Maeve; his siblings, Helen Haney, Gilbert (Lynn) of Harleysville, PA, Doris (Richard Cunningham) and Roberta Holtzman; and his brother-in-law James Oherrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests anyone attending the viewing or funeral to please wear masks and maintain social distance.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to either St. Patrick Church or the Knights of Columbus in his memory.
