He was predeceased by: his father Gerald F., Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Harriet Price (Morris); his wife Suzanne M. Koshak; and his siblings, Jerry, Louie, Patty, Roger (Kelly), Cindy Cheryl (Joe), Brian (Dana), Jenneice Haddon (Tom), Linda Edwards (Mark), Brenda Minor and Tom (Patty).

In lieu of flowers family ask contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
