He is survived by : his parents, Roxanne Ling (Gilpatrick) and Fred McCarthy; his wife Crystal McCarthy (Shirey); his children, David Herring, Dale, Roemello Shirey (Mikayla Smith), Jayce Herring and Hornerstown; his siblings, Fred McCarthy (Dale), Melissa McCarthy (Moxham), Michael Gilpatrick (Hornerstown), James Shirey (Dale) and LeAnn Andrews (Hornerstown); and his friend Venus Winkler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
