He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Black and Luna M. Black (Smith); his wife Carrie Black; his daughter Dawn Black; and his siblings, Larry Black and Crystal Black.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda Black and Clarence Black; and his siblings, Kermit (Michele), John, Delrease Flagg and Noreen Benton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
