He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cloyd and Eva Rager (Ewel); his wife Mildred Rager (Stiffler); his daughter Fonda Totten; and his siblings, Oliver, Paul Rager and Shirley Cashall.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly (Alan Leidy) of Ligonier, PA, Cynthia (Robert Lester) of Salix, PA, Scott (late Lori Delawder) of Manassas, VA, Brenda (Randy Wahlstrom) of Northport, MI and Evangelism. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren.
