Dale was predeceased by: parents, Ralph Shipley and Margaret Shipley (England); and brother Clint Shipley. Dale is survived by: wife Vicki L. Shipley (Box); children, Erica Shipley (Dwayne Gresik), Shawn and Katie; grandchildren, Nicholas Gresik, Dustin Ramsdorfer, Kylee Shipley and Sophia Shipley; and sister Gale Shipley.
