She is survived by: her son Charles "CJ" Smith II (JoBeth Smith); her grandchildren, Charles "Trip" Smith III, Stella Jean Smith and Kimberly Nicole Smith; her sister Luann Kulick; her half-siblings, Frank T. Zock and Deborah Zock; and her stepchildren, Nathan Smith, Anne Adams, Ben Smith, Antoinette Baughman, Nicole Santucci, Aurelio Santucci and Evan Santucci. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
