He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus R. Harr and Mildred Harr (Ramsey); and his siblings, Charles, Laverne Paige and Barbara Burgan.
He is survived by: his wife Lida Harr (Fresch); his children, David (Terri Zeris), James Harr, John and Susan (Curtis Rager); his grandchildren, Michael (Maria), Marisa (Chris), Jacob, Anthony, Sara, Matthew and Marcus; his great grandchildren, Levi and Sofia; and his siblings, Gladys Howard, Donald and Robert.
