He is survived by: his wife Valerie Kiser (Lazer); his sons, Donald H. (Mary) of Bulls Gap, TN, Timothy A. Kiser (Lorrie), Daniel D. Kiser (Maribeth), Todd C. Kishlock of Ridgecrest, CA and Brandon S. Kishlock (Lori); his grandchildren, Army Cpt, Alyssa Harrison, Rebecca Kiser, Lauren Kiser, Sgt. Donald Kiser, William Kiser, Jennifer Kiser, Miranda Kiser, Delanie Kiser, Miranda Kishlock, Breanna Kishlock, Tyler Kishlock, Elijah Kishlock and Brice Kishlock; his great grandchild Elaine Harrison; and his siblings, William Kiser (Gloria), John Kiser (Marianne), Barry Kiser, Sandra Price (Gary), Rita Cotterman (Dale), Bonnie Kiser and Karen McConville (Raymond). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
