He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Miller and Anna Miller (Frankhauser); his son Donald W. Miller Jr.; his grandson Benjamin Doepfer; and his siblings, Charlie, Bob and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Jane F. Miller (Osborne); his daughters, Angele M. Doepfer (Mark Miller) of Johnstown and Kathleen A. Miller (John Walker) of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Patrick Doepfer (Abi) and Kaitlen M. Cooper; and his brother James Miller of Johnstown.
