She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Chuba and Ann Chuba (Hanchak); her husband Ralph E. Chiodo; her brothers, Joseph Jr., William and Richard Chuba; and her brother-in-law Arthur Gatty.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph "Danny" (Shirlene) of Johnstown, Patricia Lynn (Anthony Campagna) of Johnstown and Lisa Marie (George Malec) of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Damian, Ryan, Adrienne, Kristy, Ashley, Nicole of Anthony and Christopher; her great grandchildren, Damian, Dominic, Mia, Joshua, Jace, Leonardo "Leo" and Gianna; and her sisters, Janet Gatty and Christine (Chuck Schmidt).
