He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Baxendale and Ethel Mae Baxendale (Blough); and his brothers, Melvin and Darrel Baxendale. He is survived by: his wife Michele (Rummel); his stepchildren, Danielle Clark and Andrew Rummel; his granddaughter Camryn Clark; and his nephew Justin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
