He is survived by: his wife Susan Konvolinka (Hinderliter); his mother-in-law Thereasa Hinderliter (late Ronald); his sister-in-law Lori Neitz (James); his nephews, Adam Neitz and Jesse Neitz (Samantha); his great-nieces, Sofia and Evelyn Neitz; and his great-nephew Gibson Neitz.
