With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Alvares (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 18, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Alvares; his wife Janet Ann (Lehman); and his brother Maurice. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Smith (Amelia), Brian K. Smith Sr. (Amy), Floyd A. Alvares (Tina) and Laura Ann Hartman (Brian) of Hagerstown, MD; and his siblings, Anthony J. (Patricia), Dave (Mildred) and Katherine Mastovich (Michael Sr.) of Franklin Borough. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
