He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barkley and Elizabeth Barkley (Moshgat); and his sons, Larry Barkley and Tom Barkley (Deborah). He is survived by: his brothers, Lewis Barkley and George "Nook" Barkley; his daughter-in-law Gloria Barkley; his wife Nellie Blanche Killinger; his children, Sharon Miller, Daniel Barkley (Tina), William Barkley (Gale), Richard Barkley and Stephanie Wingard (James); and his siblings, Gary Barkley (Doris) and Lois Menett. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Arbutus Park Manor in memory of Francis Barkley.
