He is survived by: his daughter Autumn Leigh Rebar; his granddaughters, Madison Marie, Charleigh Elizabeth, Paisley Elsie and Violet Horizon; his siblings, Joan Bright (Oswalt), Cliff Oswalt and Mike Furdella; and his former wife Betty Ann Rebar (Jones). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
