He is survived by: his wife Agnes McConaughy Kring; his sons, Frank David, III (Cynthia) and Louis Marsh; his stepchildren, Claire Ann McConaughy (Jeff Kryvicky), David James McConaughy (Amy) and Eric Douglas Puterbaugh; his grandchildren, Jenna Rae Milecki (Adam), Alissa Mary Corda (Davis), Joshua David Kring, Louis David Kring, Cassidy Oliver Kring, Logan Marsh Kring and Karah Jo Kring; his stepgrandchildren, Grace Kryvicky, Ian McConaughy, Eric and Douglas Puterbaugh; his great grandchildren, Ryne, Parker Milecki, Ella Corda, Dezaree Jo Kring, Shyheem David Frye, Darrius Rashaad Frye and Trent Vaughn Griffin; and his great great grandchild Raelyn Jo Rios.
