He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blough and Madeline Blough (McConghey); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Thelma G. (Lefort); his children, Gary of Johnstown, Dale (Doryta), Scott (Jessica) and Jamie of Johnstown; and his siblings, Jeff of Salix, Randy of Elton, David of Johnstown, Kevin of Elton, Miriam Ohler (Gene) of Llanfair, Donna Block (Joseph) of Llanfair and Sharon Carden (Rich) of Dunlo. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
