We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2020, at the age of 74, Gary J. Neff of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, born in South Fork, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael A. Neff and Fern C. Neff (Betz); and his siblings, Michael Eugene Neff (Gene), Lois Ann Townsend and Carolyn Marie Lefort.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Zonin Neff; his children, Gary Neff, Jr., Paul Neff, J. Michael Neff, Laura Mills and Dawn Fetsko; his stepdaughters, Autumn Moore and Lori Burns; and his sisters, Deborah Garcia (Jesse) and Patricia Alters (Dan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
