It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenna E. Bennett (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Rose Gethers Sr. (Boggs); her husband Charles Bennett; and her siblings, William Sr., Chester G., Curtis, Charles E. Gethers, Ethel Shipman, Phyliss Hardison and Juanita Hill.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa, David (Heather), Cheryl Bennett and Mark Jackson; her grandchildren, Shannon, Kiara, Diondre Bennett, Shannara Scott, Deidre Ponthieux and Samira Jackson; her great grandchild Dawson Larson; and her siblings, Harold Gethers (Patricia) and Linda Brandon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
