He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl S Hoppert and Phyllis Hoppert (Custer); his wife Edna; his son Clyde Hoppert; and his brother Robert Hoppert.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Thomas (Larry); his grandchildren, Alan Thomas (Bobbi), J. J. Thomas (Marsha), Kelly Hart (Shawn) and Sherri Weichler (Tom); and his siblings, William Hoppert (Judy), Fred Hoppert (Phyllis) and Charlotte Miller.
