He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Eyler and Laura Eyler (Moffit); his wife Lena Mae (Opdenhoff); and his son-in-law Mark Donato. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Donato and James III; his grandchildren, Anthony Donato, Derek Donato, Amanda Shatzer (Chris) and Michael Goad (Whitleigh); his great grandchildren, Aryn LaBane, Natalie Donato, Brooklynn, Landen Shatzer and Adelyn Goad; his siblings-in-law, Donna Wolf, Joyce McCleester and Ed Opdenhoff (Ruth); and his friend Linda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 3:00 until 7:00 on Tuesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, (MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIRED) where funeral service will be held at 1:00 on Wednesday.
