He is survived by: his children, Mark Seitz, Cindy Formica (Chuck) and Renee Seitz (Gary Green); his grandchildren, Andrea Fiske (Andrew) of Bremerton, WA, Erika Seitz, Nicholas Formica (Kelsey) and Ryan Formica (Aleena Yobi); and his siblings, Jerry Seitz (Sandy) and Sharene Grey (Chuck).
