She was predeceased by: her parents, John Petrusky and Mary Petrusky (Zagrodnick); her daughter Carol L. Mills; and her brother John Petrusky. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Swab; her son Michael (Katy Swab); her granddaughters, Madison and Riley Swab; and her son-in-law Rick Mills. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
