With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Gage Jr. (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 30, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Lois Klimek. He is survived by: his parents, Jay Carris Gage Sr. and Kristina Gage (Hibbard). He is also survived by parents, both sets of grandparents, five sisters and one brother.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, all services will be private.
