She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jerz and Jean Jerz (Hamonko); her brother Andrew; her parents-in-law, Connie and Victor Cuppett; her sister Karen; her brother-in-law Terry Buterbaugh; her cousins, Ann Simmons and Kush Haggerty; and her close friends, Annette Krieger, Elaine Brzana and Bonnie Bunn.
She is survived by: her husband Cary; her children, Randi Malzi and Chris; her brothers, Wally and Vince; and her nephew Matthew.
