She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Eugene I. Bernstein; and her siblings, Beth Clare and Joseph Rapoport. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Bernstein of Tucson, AZ, Tobi Bernstein of Washington and Howard Bernstein (Tammy) of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Eva Bernstein, Samantha Johnson, Blake, Grant and Brock Bernstein; and her great grandchildren, Alexa Bernstein and Finn Johnson.
