He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John H., Sr. and Katherine Bell (Maneval); his wife Janice L. Weller; and his sister Martha K. Michelson (Bell). He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Lynne of Tampa, Fla., Lisa Louise (David Lybarger), Eve Louise (Chris Woodum) and Richmond; and his grandchildren, Brittney and Morgan Lybarger.
