He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chupko and Kathryn Chupko (Hovraluck); and his brother Nicholas Don Chupko. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Chupko (Pelesky); his children, Nicholas D., Connie E. Bodenschatz (Barry), Matthew J. (Monda), Daniel A., Laura D. Gay (Jim) and Lynda C. Chupko-Lockhart; his grandchildren, Abbie, Lauren, Hayden, Jimmy, Matthew, Mackenzie and Logan; and his siblings, Kathryn M. Oravec, Rosemarie Drazenovich (Jim) and Paul G. (Cathy).
