With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John E. Kaites (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 12, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Domna Kaites and Emanuel Kaites; his wife Elizabeth Powell Chidester; his siblings, Peter Emanuel Kaites and Jean Drizos; his children, Mary Kaites Davis of Colorado, John Peter Kaites of Phoenix, Joedy Hu of Hawaii, Paul Chidester of State College, Laurie Chidester of Plymouth and Stephen Storm of Crestone; and his grandchildren, Nick Cross, Megan Davis, Marika Davis McCullough, Chris, Lauren Hu, Eva Chidester, Trevor, Vivian Storm, Alex, Jacob Kaites and Nicole Chidester.
