He is survived by: his children, John J. Kuchinsky III (Trish) of Toledo, OH, David Kuchinsky of Columbus, OH and Dorothy Clark; and his sister Verna Mae Suttmiller (Jerry) of Westlake, OH.. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project in memory of John.
