He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Sr. Neatrour and Gertrude Neatrour (Burkhard); and his daughter Amy Hoffman. He is survived by: his brothers, Paul (Susan) and William (Mary Jane); his children, Patricia Ball (Larry), Kevin (Precy) and Randall; and his close friend Anita. He is also survived by great grandchildren; cousins.
