He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Cohen and Sara Cohen (Friedlander). He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Johnson); his daughters, Jessica Chamberlain (Kenneth) and Samantha Oreskovich (Kevin); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mya, Ryder, Isaac and Austin; and his brothers, Dr. Stanley Cohen (Chris) and Harry Cohen (Theresa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
