She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mauk and Claire Mauk (Guy); her husband James J. Mayerscik; her son James D. Mayerscik; and her sister Barbara Judd (George).
She is survived by: her daughter Judith A. Pribulsky; her grandchildren, Cameron and Ryan Pribulsky; her brother Tim Mauk (Beth); and her nephews, Kyle Mauk, Logan Mauk of Herndon, VA, Daniel Babik (Betsy), Stephen Babik (Karen), Kenneth Babik of Brownsburg, IN and Christopher Judd (Jacqulin). She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
