She is survived by: her brothers, John, Mike, Frank and Joe Piskuric; her son Jerry Thomas Jr.; her daughter-in-law Mary Ann (Misoda); her grandchildren, Jason Valazak of Germantown, MD and Jennifer (Kurt Hoffman); her great grandchildren, Kaylin and Riley Hoffman; and also, Sophie Gojmerac and Margaret Marvicsin. She is also survived by extended family including many nieces and nephews.
